Fridge Organization Hacks + 10 Tip to Easily Declutter Your Refrigerator
An organized fridge makes cooking and grocery shopping easier. You will be able to simply look in and see what you have, things won’t go bad as quickly and your family will be able to find things without constantly asking you where it is.
If you open your fridge and instantly get aggravated because you can’t find anything then check out these fridge organization hacks. You can get your fridge in order quickly by just using a few of these ideas. It’s easy to get overwhelmed when you think of reorganizing your entire refrigerator, but if you just do a little bit at a time it is so much less stressful.
Everyone’s needs are different so I added a few different ideas so maybe you can choose one from a couple of them to get your fridge organized in a way that suits you best.
10 Tips for Organizing Your Fridge
1. Create a snack drawer or specific area in your fridge for the kids so they can see exactly what they can have and it will stop them from rummaging through the entire fridge.
2. Get matching tupperware. When you have a bunch of different tupperware with leftovers in the fridge it makes it look messy. We bought a glass set and it looks great!
3. Take fruits and yogurts out of the cardboard box they come in. That is a free and instant way to make your fridge look more organized.
4. Use washable shelf liners for easy clean up and a neat look.
5. If you have a lot of shelves but not a lot of drawers, you can add under-shelf drawers to add some extra storage space.
6. Put plastic bins or dividers in your drawers to easily organize and separate smaller items.
7. If you are low on storage space, consider adding plastic or wire shelf to add make some extra room.
8. Use mason jars or any glass jars for food storage to create a clutter-free look.
9. Put foods that are nearing expiration in the front to avoid waste and bad food being in the fridge.
10. Adjust the shelves in your fridge for what works best for you. You can just slide them out and put them where you want them in most refrigerators.

Turn tables like a lazy susan are great for making better use of your fridge space. You won’t have to take everything out just to get to the thing in the back, you can just spin and grab what you need.

I don’t have wire racks in my refrigerator, but if you do this is a great little hack to store the bottles in a stacked way. Sometimes bottles don’t stand up easily on wire racks so this is a quick fix to that problem.
